[SOLVED] New build has trouble finding the NVMe SSD every time ?

Hi guys!
I just built a pc with some old and some new parts:

Asus B550M Plus
2x 8GB Corsair 3200mhz
Ryzen 5600x
Cooler Master 750w PSU
Gigabyte GTX1800ti
2TB Sata HDD
1TB WD Blue NVME M.2 SDD

So, my problem is that the NVMe SSD which I am using to boot sometimes shows on the boot list, sometimes not. Usually I try to boot once and will receive a "no boot device found", so I ctrl+alt+del a couple of times and it boots normally. I have the latest BIOS, already cleaned CMOS and loaded default settings, tried formatting the NVMe SSD, tried setting the bios to UEFI only, legacy only, both.

I tried several different configurations on bios, but I'm not sure this is the problem, it seems to be something with the Mobo or the NVMe SSD, but unfortunately I dont have any spare parts to try.

Here are the pics of my bios configurations at the moment. Maybe it's something with the PCI settings?

Thanks in advance for any help =D
