New build help installing fresh win10

I have a new build that im trying to get up and running by the end of next month when i get all my parts.

My question is, how can i install win10 on a new build? Im trying to avoid buying a cd/dvd drive on my new build. I realize theyre cheap now a days. But i just rather not have one collecting dust and taking up space. I have win 8 on my old build which i upgraded to win10 for free. But its in a different country and i cant get the cd key. So is there away around this. i dont mind purchasing a new copy of win10. I just want to know if theres a way around getting a optical drive. I realize i can download it on a usb drive but the only problem is that the only thing i have available right now is a mac laptop. Which obviously wont let me run the downloadble exe to put on a usb drive.

I realie it might be a stupid question but it might be worth a try incase i am missing another solution.

Shame other PC is in another country or if you were planning on upgrading to new PC and didn't want to use old one, you could do this - reactivating win 10 on new hardware - and just move the licence across
