Building a gaming rig with a $1700 Budget, is my first build, Monitor is needed in this pricing, but other than that only the PC

1700$ Budget including monitor, and OS, and shipping to Australia (New South Wales (postcode 2340)) (not Mouse or Keyboard)

Would like all the parts from the same store. (Aus)

Recommendations would be Greatly appreciated, thanks.

Looking for something future proof, 99% for Gaming And Video Watching (netflix, CS:GO, Gta V, WoW etc).

I need it to be capable to run on wireless internet.

Plan on overclocking, but if it is able to run games well enough, it doesn't matter.

Would also like it to be pretty silent, as i'd like to play late at night without disturbing anyone.

If i have forgotten anything, feel free and i'll add to it as soon as possible :)

Every system i've attempted to put together has always gone to much over due to shipping, or various cheaper parts being out of stock.
