New build help with mobo selection

hi guys, im building this pc:

INTEL CORE2DUO E8400
2X KINGSTON 2GB 800 BUS
500 GB SATA II
GEFORCE 9800 GT


AND I HAVE THIS MOBOS:

INTEL DG35EC
INTEL DG31PR
ASUS P5KPL

WHICH ONE FITS BETTER? I WAS LEANING FOR THE ASUS P5KPL

the intel boards will be solid , dependable and about as exciting as a brick in a paper bag .

The Asus a quality product , but is old . It has a G31 chipset . Id look for a later model with at least a G33/G35 chipset

this may be a little better right ?

If you have $150 to spend on a mobo, don't mess around w/ those older boards. This gigabyte board is a good one

the thing is im not quite sure i prefer buy by internet than here

that mobo here costs over 250$

Gigabyte is a good quality board. The p45 is a good chipset, but you could also look for p43's. They provide a little faster bus and more options for upgrades later.
