About to put together a new build and its been a few years. I live in Australia so i am ordering from pccasegear. Using it mostly to play battlefield 3 on a 22" monitor. Not interested in overclocking cos i have no idea about it. The build that is below is pretty much hitting budget, if i could pay less would be better obviously lol. So question is; is this build going to be ok? I'm mostly worried about the psu and maybe i could save a little by getting a H61 mobo instead of the Z77

1-The PSU is crap ... you should get quality psu like corsair and seasonc to ensure your system safety
2- The CPU is weak also comparing to 3570K, also costs more money and difficult to be overclocked unlike the 3570k (which is wicked gaming cpu hands down) either you get the most powerful edition or NOT.
3-the mobo also is junk, and also there is compatibility issue : the junky mobo has internal USB3.0 CONNECTOR but the case doesn't have one at the front
you shouldn't skimp on parts of that importance just for the sake of VGA

1. that PSU is not a CRAP, most of my friends used it and one of them have used it for nearly 3 years and still running fine.

2. i5-3470 is enough for those who do not intend to overclock their CPU, why spend so much when the main purpose of thread maker is to game on it.

just save up the money and spend the rest of it mainly on GPU, unless the games that you will be playing the most are MMORPGs.

Cheers for all the replies. Local stores in my area don't have much range to choose from, brands that you would never of heard of and parts are more expensive. Some of the parts listed above aren't available in AUS as well, i could try get them from amazon but with international shipping they become more expensive. I'm considering the 7870, although I've read on the net they have bad drivers? but that was just random comments no real proof
