I have overclocked a G3258 to it's limit at 4.5Ghz on the stock cooler.

Here's what we have been doing at school. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2625445/build-log-consolidated-middle-school-builds.html

Solution

what wrong with the sandisk dirve and the hitachi
i was having trouble with the case and power supply i just had that one question
ps i live in California so the stock cooler might be sufficient for those overclocks

I live in Florida.

The SanDisk was too small. OS, plus. a couple of modern games will completely fill 120Gb, allowing for the space for efficient TRIM. Larger disks are also faster. The Hitachi has only 32Mb of Cache, what I have suggested has 64Mb.

Cases are a very personal choice so anything you like, in budget, will be good (probably). Since you have no DVD drive, the Thermaltake Core V1 is a great case and easy to build in with a good 200mm fan built-in.

i forgot to mention i have a DVD drive i will pull out of a old system
also thank for the information on the drives
skylake was apparently announced today with lga1151

alright then good day sir

alright dos it support overclocking for the possessor out of the box or do i need a bois update
