New build - help

So for Christmas I got a new pc I had to build it all.
It's a FX 4300, (Used Radeon 7750 {Working}) 4GB (1 stick), Versa H21, M5a78l-m/usb3, Dynex 520W(Used), 1B (Used). Now most of the stuff that is used works ive tested it all. Now all the fans spin and lights turn on. but the dont see a display either do the USBS work (keyboard, mouse) So I dont know what to do

Things ive tried
-Taking GPU and trying on-board
-Resetting cmos
Reputting in the CPU, GPU, HDD,

Are you plugging the video cable into the GPU or motherboard? And the USBs don't work probably because you did not plug the USB front panel connector from the case into the motherboard.

And if you reput in the CPU, you need to replace the thermal paste.

I've tried the motherboard and GPU no display. I did plug the front panel connectors in, that's why my LEDS work. I'm not sure I got USBS right I mean I did on the guide what I was told

Here http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems and as said you need to reinstall thermal paste since you removed the CPU cooler.
