Hey everyone so my friend decided it was a good idea to give his old pc a bath(spilt water in it) and the whole thing is toast. Im helping him build a new one but just want to make sure all the parts will work. The website is saying no issues but just getting some more insight before I make him start buying things will help.

This is what I have come up with, just let me know about anything, TIA!

What is the primary purpose of this PC?

Secondary purpose?

Is 1200 dollars the ABSOLUTE maximum you can spend for ALL parts?

If you really need 64 GB of RAM, I'd try to get a kit of 2 sticks, with 32 gb per stick. Not 2 kits of 2 sticks each kit. Not 4 sticks total.

Your list does not include drives. Maybe you don't need any?

You can save 100 dollars by using an air cooler.

Do you insist on a white color scheme?

100% depends on what it will be used for.
As of now without knowing that t its a very bad build and wasting a bunch on looks.

You buy a single 2X whatever set of memory in a single matched set, the 4060 is a very bad buy for the price to performance, way over spending on the CPU cooler, and slow memory kills AMD processor performance.

EDIT no drive listed.

No idea what the primary uses of your friends PC will be but if it's gaming then I would look at something like this. btw I'm not seeing any storage in your build.
