$1500-2900 After Rebates; After Shipping

System Usage from Most to Least Important:
AAA games and streaming Racing set up with wheel and pedals. Watching videos 3d ones and normal. Maybe even VR and surfing the web.

Are you buying a monitor:
Yes Acer GN276HL Black 27" Gaming Monitors, 144 Hzs 1ms (GTG), LED Backlight LCD Monitor provide immersive 3D image And maybe even 3 more monitors in the future. If you have a better 1ms widescreen monitor that is 27" or would love the recomendation as long as it is not to much $$ like this monitor is already kinda hitting the edge.

Do you need to buy OS:
Yes Windows 8 preferably but can settle for windows 10

Preferred Website(s) for Parts:
Newegg.com Amazon.com Bestbuy.com Microcenter.com But if found for cheaper on another site will give consideration.

Location:
Brooklyn NY; Jefferson Texas; and Hamtramck Michigan I am in Texas right now but will be moving back to Michigan then to Brooklyn during the next month or so but I would rather order parts as right now it would be to much of a hassle moving around states. I could buy the parts though and I will make sure to build it when I reach my final destination.
Parts Preferences:
Intel, from what I was able to gather it was the best cpu but as for gpu I am thinking geforce but again I have no experience with this and wouldn't mind you convinceing me for another brand.

Overclocking:
Yes.

SLI or Crossfire:
Yes SLI would love to have the option to do have duel graphics card.

Your Monitor Resolution:
1920x1080

Additional Comments:
I do have a mouse and keyboard that I will be using and if I decide to upgrade my mouse to razer I can do this at another time. Will be using for gaming and I want to start to stream so a pc that can do both without going under 60-90 fps would be amazing in games like GTA V, Cs Go, H1Z1, Assassins Creed and many other games. I also want to get my setup to the point where it is a full on rgb show with led lights and cases with glass sides that give a nice full view of the inside of the pc while looking sleek like this one. I have tried to reasearch alot of topics as best as I could but to be honest I am getting closer to just ordering a pre built pc because I can barely make sense of what I am reading and with my mind not being able to concentrate it makes it a million times harder. If I do get the help that I need I will try to keep you guys updated if that is something that you guys would like.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading:
I am upgrading because my pc is a couple of years old and would like to make it so that my younger brother and sister can use it and I can game uninterrupted. I couldnt upgrade it if I wanted though because it would require a new mother board, psu, and gpu. To me it would be easier to buy a new custom built pc. I am coming from minor pc gaming and console gaming.

this should serve you. add storage as you want, and add periphals as needed too. as for the colored lights, i dont know where to get those

Update: there comes a point where money thrown at a pc wont increase performance a lot. you dont really want to go any more than this for 1080p

Moleg1 I have still yet to buy the monitor do you recamend that I should choose another monitor? I choose this one because it was large and fast. The 3d was just a plus.

From what i understand. You budget is 2000 or so $? You could easily boost up to 1440p with that budget. If you want to stream though, I'm.not sure sites such as twitch even see more than 1080p. As cool as it is to have the coolest of the line pc. Even something like a 1300$ build will be more than enough for you. (Before monitor and whatever else you want to add)
