Wasn't really sure what to get. I want some flexibility to do a little OC later on and liked the integrated video. I play league of legends and SC2 so I thought maybe I can wait for a sale on a quality video card. I'm open to suggestions and can return this one.

I like the look of the case and currently have a Cooler Master 690 and wanted to try something different. I read that this case might be too small inside and was looking for any opinions on it.

I usually go Western Digital but have heard great things about the F3. Should I switch out for a WD Blue or Black.

The price is what has me sold. I wanted something Antec or Corsair and when I saw this on sale I thought it was a good buy.

My noob thought is that since my room can get hot, this may help. Am I wrong in this thought? Also, maybe better to put this in now for a future overclock.

Was thinking this or Corsair Vengeance. Should I be considering the 1.35V version, open to suggestions.

This all totals $620 after tax for the motherboard and processor. I didn't select a video card yet and open to suggestions on this or maybe I should wait (see motherboard comment). Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.



 
I got that same motherboard from Microcenter with the i5 2500k, nice deal and has worked great for me.
I was playing Rift at 25-30fps with low quality renderer at 1920x1080, default settings. So you can probably wait for a bit for a graphics card.

For graphics Radeon 6870 or GTX560 at the $170-180 pricepoint. If you can spring for the extra $30 - GTX560 Ti.

Case: If you want to go cheaper, Antec 300 Illusion $44.99 this weekend at newegg. Fits a Scythe Mugen 3 just fine, should fit the Hyper 212+ as well.
Great case, great airflow. Would save you the money to get a GTX560 Ti, which lets to play at 1920x1080 at quite high settings in many games.

Memory: 1.5V memory is just fine.

Spinpoint F3 is the way to go.

The CPU cooler is good in either case. OC:ing is so easy with the 2500k and the mobo, that all you have to do is put that in and increase the multipliers to 40x to get 4GHz.

 
Antec makes some great PSu's but the Neo line is not among them.

The 212 does a great job for $30, the Mugen 2 or 3 is 7C better for $40......the new Hyper 212 kicks but on the Mugen 2 and 3 for $50.

For PSU indeed up the quality a bit.
Here is a tiered list of PSU's for reference.

Tier 1 is a bit on the expensive side for you, but tier 2 has several nice options at a reasonable price.
PC Power & Cooling Silencer Mark II 650W $89.99 ($69.99 after rebate)
Antec HGC-750 $94.99 ($69.99 after rebate)
Corsair TX650 V2 $84.99 ( before $15 MIR and 10% Off CC: CORSAIR10AUG final price $61 or so )

All 3 should be able to run SLI if needed, without massive overclocks on the GPU's. The 750W antec would be best suited if you run high overclocks on CPU and both GPU's.
OC'd system (CPU & 2 GPU's) needs about 600W of power.
 
thanks you all for your input. I have a couple of questions/comments.

1 - Will the Antec 300 be able to a fit a longer graphics card or will I have to do a little cutting.

2 - I read that the Antec NEO ECO the updated verision NEO HE which are both built by Sea Sonic. Is this true? From the readings I have done, it appears while this PSU is not the best money can buy, it is still a very solid unit.
