Question New build in boot loop

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
Graphics Card: GTX1060 6GB
PSU: Corsair TX850M
Motherboard: ASROCK B450M Pro4

Issue
Basically I’ve built a new PC (first time building one) and I’ve watched videos on how to do it all but when I came to booting it up it, it goes into a boot loop. 28 seconds precisely. I don’t know what is causing it so a bit of help or pointing in the right direction would be appreciated,
