New build in need of help

In need of a good all around computer. Main use is school work and home entertainment but I do a little of everything. I currently have 1300 dollars to spend. I have a Corsair H540 case, Windows 8.1, and two 32in LED TVs with HDMI. I have done research and I prefer Intel and Asus. I will be buying the components this weekend. Trying to figure out what to do. Help me please.

For home entertainment and casual work I would get an I3 processor, the 3220 is a good cpu. Since you have 2 monitors you probably need a graphics card. The gt 610 from nvidia should do. Need more details to help
