Hi Guys! I'm planning to build once the Ryzen comes up but im not quite sure if i will go for ryzen 3000 or intel. I'm hoping that there will be some cut on price since competitors is coming into market.

i currently dont have a pc with me so if you may suggest, which would be better? would you go for ryzen 3000 with x570 or just go with intel?

My current budget is USD 1500 including the monitor and case only.

Thanks for suggestions guys!

Solution
If someone lists an "AMD Ryzen 3"-ready motherboard on Amazon, I'd expect them to show the box with the appropriate logo/sticker on it to help move sales.
Ryzen 3000 with an x470 board there is no reason to buy an x570 unless you really need that PCI 4.0 the only reason I'd say go Intel is if you can snag an 8700K or 9700K in a sale otherwise a 3000 would be the best decision in my opinion just don't buy any of the 9 series buy a 5 or 7 series (I'm personally getting a Ryzen 5 3700X most likely)

AMD all the way, unless you want a CPU with more vulnerabilities than a block of Swiss cheese.
Better performance for price, comes with a Cooler, more cores/threads than Intel can do for same money. Always Overclockable.
The x470/x570 is interesting, but unless we get confirmation on Price, it's best to get the x570, but if thats $100 more than an x470, get the cheaper of the 2.

Right now $750 will get you this (half of your budget, but don't know if you need Keyboard/mouse/monitor/headphones)

I mean, you could do that or wait for 5 days until ZEN 2 is out. That saves you from buying more than you need. Some BIOS’ are updated out of the box too, if not AMD can send you a bios upgrade kit

Find a motherboard that has a BIOS compatible with Ryzen 3 preloaded on it, it should have the "AMD Ryzen 3" logo either printed on the box or added as a sticker, then you won't need a temporary CPU to update the BIOS with.
