New build is freezing and glitching screen.

I just built a new computer and when i was first getting it going i was getting blue screen after blue screen, now I think i have over come the blue screens. I believe all the drivers are up to date. But now after using the computer for simple processes ie: web browsing, data transfering. The computer freezes and the screens glitch and lines go all across them. Here are some pics of it happening

I've done a memory test for over 24hours and no errors were found. Ive done a video card stress test for 2 hours with no problems. I'm stumped and I'm really hoping you can help me.

It would be nice to know what hardware you are using.
After that, do you have latest BIOS updates and did you physically check driver updates/ correct drivers (if necessary) with the updated version from the manufacturer website to make sure they are the updated version?
After that, did you test without your graphics card (assuming you have one) to rule out a gpu issue?
Do you have all the OS updates you need/ what OS are you using?

Im running windows 7 SP1 and yes i am sure it is completely up to date.
Im not sure about my bios being up to date, how can I check that?

i think device manager says that, if not you could just go into thee bios and it should say right there. Compare the version number to the latest version number listed on the manufacturer's website

So my bios is out of date, does that mean i need to re-flash it?

Well, you might want to check to see what the update fixes, no sense in running the very slight but sometimes possible risk of damaging something due to a bad flash (power goes out) when all it did was change the UEFI logo. But if the issues that it changes seem useful, helpful, things that you want, then go ahead. Just make sure you don't lose power (although with uefi these days i believe a lot of modern boards have 2 bios versions, one is the graphical uefi and the others is the old type so if you mess one up you might be able to recover from another, check your features to make sure).

OK well i just updated it with no problems, its been 15 mins and my computer hasnt froze or glitched yet but i did just get stuck for a couple of seconds and make 1 beep at me

The freeze might be a little odd, but to me I usually treat that as a system burp. Usually it would happen when I somehow managed to seriously tax my hardware and kept mashing keys trying to make it keep doing stuff. It would beep at me and I would stop, and then the computer got over it's issues and worked fine. As long as it doesnt happen again or if it does as long as it's only rare and when you stress the comp, you are probably fine.

It worked fine all night but it happened again today while just browsing the web and downloading WoW. What is my next best option?
