Hi, Im planning to order new parts this week and this is what I came up with:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/4QqNbK
I already own 2x500gb SSDs but still considering which GPU to buy.
Im gaming and streaming at the same time. Ive got 1440p monitor and mostly play FPS games.
Is my current build worth considering and which GPU should I get?

Buy the strongest gpu that you feel comfortable paying for.
Your processor can run anything, and for fps games you do not want graphics to be the limiting factor.
Tom's gpu hierarchy chart can guide you to the general capabilities of different graphics cards:

Modern graphics cards can have high power spike demands.
Buy a stronger psu than you need. a 850w unit is only $10 more. or, consider even 950w.
The psu will only draw the power demanded of it, regardless of the max capability.
Corsair rmx or seasonic focus would also be good alternatives.

Your case would be excellent for air cooling.
A good twin tower air cooler is about as effective as a 240 aio.
It seems that the current 13th gen processors manage turbo boost well for gamers so top cooling may not gain much.
Here is an article on that using a 13900k; I would think a 13700K would be similar:
