New Build Issue

I recently put together a new computer. My parts can be found in the following link. I have Windows 8.1 Pro installed.

The computer seems to be running well, except for on boot up. After the BIOS screen, on roughly every other boot up the screen will just go black with a row of small colored dots at the very top. This issue is always solved by restarting the computer, but it is very frustrating to deal with.

I have updated the BIOS driver, videocard driver, etc. The SSD and HDD seem to be working fine as well. Does anyone have any ideas?

could be that your gpu or cpu is overheating... check with coretemp/hw monitor

CPU temp is normal. I've been monitoring it, rarely goes over 25-30C. GPU is normal too.
