Question New build issue.

Hey all, kinda new here. I've recently built a pc for a friend. Normally no issues. I've ran into an issue with this though as I can't figure out the issue.

I've done all the usual troubleshooting, rebuilt the machine and even removed the ram to check if that's the issue. Still the same errors.

I'll attach a video link of the computers bootup, any and all advice is helpful. Thanks all.

We're going to need more information. Can you list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU: Don't see one
PSU:
Chassis:

Might want to breadboard the system and see if you...wait a minute, did you populate the ram slots on the motherboard? The video doesn't seem to show the slots being occupied with a single stick.

Ram: 2x 8gb ADATA XPG Z1 DDR4-3000 CL16
SSD/HDD: MS30 1TB M.2-2280 SSD
GPU: GTX 1650 SUPER 4GB AERO ITX OC (Was removed for testing)
PSU: Pure Power 11 400W 80+ ATX PSU
Chassis: Cooler Master MasterBox MB311L ARGB MicroATX

I did populate the ram sticks, I removed them for testing. Original 4k video was taking too long to upload so reshot...
