Question New build issue

I just recieved my build from amazon
PC specs:
I7 13700kf
Lian li aio
32gb ddr5 corsair
Rtx 3080 (used from another build but working for sure)
750w psu
And for the motherboard
Evga z690 classified
Everytime i turn the pc on many beeps and code 9c(all the time),A2,A0 (mostly on the screen) will come out
When i try to enter bios i get a msg (cmos checksome error and CPU, memory changed (it happend 2 times only)
Note: i can enter the bios also i can enter the windows (1 more thing is that lan is not working i installed the driver many times from their website but it is noy working)

I already updated the bios twice just to make sure
I also formatted the m.2 (it had windows and my stuff on it)
I unplugged every usb (same thing)
I did try another gpu just to make sure
I tries my rams at one of my friends pc and its working fine
I am suspecting that it is a motherboard issue and i should return it but firstly i want to make sure
1 thing i noticed is that the cmos reset switch on the motherboard is blinking in a weird way
I really tried to reach the cmos battery but i didnt know how
So what do you suggest

What is the make/model of the PSU? Wattage doesn't tell us anything about quality. Also 750w is a bit low, for a 13700k and a 3080. Might want to check motherboard for bent pins, in the cpu socket.
