New build issues

finished 2nd machine build and sometimes when windows boots to password the while screen have a pink tint to it, after I restart it goes away. I installed Arma 3 as a test game and it seems that where ths sun should be there is a color issue. What am I missing? Maybe just a setting?

Specs
PCB - ASUS ROG Strix Z390-E
CPU - i7 8700k with H100i cooler
GPU - MSI Duke 1080 TI
RAM - G.Skill TridentZ RGB 16GB
PSU - EVGA 1300 watt

Could be a faulty or loose display cable.

I don't think so. If I unplug and re plug hdmi at password screen all is fine. Click the http link to see an example
