New build keeps crashing despite 2 OS installs

Just built a new computer. I have installed 2 different versions of Win 7 x64 and both have experienced the same problem. I originally thought the problem was due to a bad OS install disk so I sent the first one back and got a new one.

I've included below the long list event details of the errors I am getting. You can see from the event info that the errors occur immediately after install and force the computer to crash in less than 10 minutes time.

I'm beginning to think it is a hardware issue but not sure where the problem is as all the hardware except the GPU and Wireless card are brand new. My hardware setup is listed in my signature.

EDIT: I installed all of the ASUS firmware. If anything the problem got worse.

UPDATE1: I attempted to install OS on HDD instead of the SSD but wasn't able to complete the install despite numerous restarted attempts. At this moment I am running Memtest and will let it run for a couple of hours to ensure that it isn't the memory.

UPDATE 2: After running MemTest for 16 hours on the 7th pass got message 'Unexpected halting' message. No errors were reported and the CPU was at 27 C degrees.

As of now components that are not the problem:
The OS
The SSD drive

Thanks for any help!!

Sorry, I forgot to include that I ran one pass of memtest and found nothing.

Appreciate your help though!

one pass? usually run multiple test memtest86+ 8-10 and not the default ms utility. but anyways i see your installing os on crucial m4 ssd, i had experience some trouble with my m4 128 ssd when i first bought it. bsod, slowing, freezing on clean install(wouldn't get pass expanding windows file), make sure u have the latest firmware 0309, latest bios update, enable achi, but what fixed it for me was new sata cable the ones with the clip. after that no more bsod, no more windows repair...

The more I deal with this issue the more certain I am its a hardware issue. I will give the memtest another shot.
Currently I am installing OS on another HDD to check if its the SSDs fault. If the problem persists will run memtest again for at least 10 passes.

I'm a little worried its a Mobo or a CPU issue due to occasional difficulties in restarting after a crash. However its not consistent so difficult to tell. I've also experienced some USB problems so maybe its the Mobo...

UPDATE: Looks like the SSD was not the issue. Attempted to install OS on HDD and couldn't even complete the install. At least with the SSD I was able to complete the install.
