You probably don't need that ASUS ROG board. A Gigabyte Z97 board or an ASRock Z97 Extreme4. You probably don't need that CPU if you are just gaming, the 4690K is great, too. Also, that is one hell of an expensive Wifi adapter. Do you really need blu-ray?

Looks Very good...
You've put money where its needed unlike some who buy a $150 PSU and get a sub $200 mobo or a $120 Case...

Really well balanced...

But you could do with an i7-4770k

The GTX 770 is more expensive and overall, the performance is almost the same. The reason the 770 wins in benchmarks is because it is heavily overclocked. If you get your 280X to 1100 MHz and 1575 MHz - 1600 MHz on the memory, you will whip the GTX 770.

But are you ok with a roaring fan and huge amounts of heat? and the 770 is faster and runs cooler maybe quieter and is $20 more on NCIX and uses less power. FYI to get that 1.5MHz is very difficult to do and will probably overwork the r9 280x without watercooling. The 770 can do 1.5MHz at aprox. the same temp as the r9 280x on load and with a minor overclock you can get 1.85MHz with ease. So in reality they are the same just one is Nvidia and the other is AMD so its preference and the games you wanna play using the card.

The 280X's memory core is set at 1.5 GHz stock.
