I'm new at building computers and I have everything set up according to the manual. But I get no display. At the get go the case fan LED blinks for a moment and then stabilizes and then I hear a beep(I only here one and its not on a continuous loop).

-AMD 760K Richland 3.8GHz Socket FM2 100W Quad-Core
-Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
-Rosewill LINE-M Micro-ATX Mini Tower Computer Case, Dual USB 3.0, come with Dual Fans, Support up to 4 Fans, 12.5" card
-GIGABYTE GA-F2A88XM-D3H FM2+ AMD A88X (Bolton D4)
-EVGA GeForce GTX 650 SUPERCLOCKED 2048MB GDDR5

I've switched between both and it doesn't work in either even with the adapter that it came with.

My monitor is hooked up to my graphics card seeing as I don't have onboard graphics for my cpu

graphics and cpu are diffrent,
i checked your motherboard ,on your i/o plate you have two graphics connectors ( Not your card )
one is a vga port the other is a dvi port both of these can be used to hook up the on board video to the monitor , try plugging into each of these one at a time and see if you get a display on your monitor

I've checked both still no display
