New build list help

Okay guy's im build a new pc in a few weeks and have a few questions the i want to ask.
first of all here's the new build:
|CPU: intel i7 6700k
|CPU Cooler: Cryorig A40 Ultimate
| GPU: Gigabyte gtx 1080 extreme gaming
| Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 7
| RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200mhz 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4
| PSU: Cooler master silent pro 1300w
| SSD:Samsung 950 pro 256g x 2 (960 pro if there out soon)
| HDD: wd cav black 1 tb
| Case: Phanteks Enthoo Evolv tg (gray)

And a few extras like some more fans and sleeved cables.

What i actually want to know is if running m.2 ssd's in raid 0 is stable as a os drive? And if these parts are worth the $3.2k aud I'm going to pay for them?

all you need is a good 650w for plenty of oc overhead
unless you want to sli 1080's?

also why 32gb of ram? you want to render?

Yeah i plan on going 1080 sli and its more for servers as i run them for mates and its a pain on 16gb.
so any idea on m.2 raid stability
