Hi, looking to get this build ordered within the week depending on feedback. Please let me know if you'd suggest otherwise, budget doesn't matter. I live in a very hot climate where air cooling just isn't enough.

Case: Corsair Full ATX Obsidian 750D
PSU: 850 Watt Antec HCG-850M
RAM:16GB DDR4 Corsair CMU16GX4M2C3000C15 (2 x 8G) 3000MHz Vengeance Black RAM White LED
SSD: 512GB Samsung 960 PRO PCIe M.2 (2280) SSD
GPU: MSI GTX1080Ti 11GB Sea Hawk X
MB: ASUS S1151 ATX ROG MAXIMUS IX FORMULA DDR4
CPU: Intel S1151 Core i7 7700K 4.2GHz Quad Core CPU + Corsair H105 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler

Paired with a 27" ASUS ROG SWIFT PG279Q 2K IPS 165Hz G-Sync Gaming Monitor
Reason i'm not getting a 4k monitor is because I can't stand a game dipping under 60fps and very intensive games cannot easily run 60+fps at 4k yet.
Thank you.

Solution
Get the Corsair H110/115
If.budget doesn't matter go for a nicer PSU.
The HCG Line is either an older Seasonic S12II based unit or a newer one made by FSP
Both feel like cheaping out a bit given the quality & performance of the other parts you've selected (not saying the HCG isn't a good PSU, but it's a budget quality unit, odd putting it in a 2200$ build)
So I spend some 30$ extra on a Corsair RMx/RMi, a Seasonic Prime, CoolerMaster V/Vanguard, EVGA Supernova G3, a Bitfenix Whisper, Super Flower Leadex II or a BeQuiet DarkPower pro 10/11. 750W are easily enough, probably even 650W without major problems (but I empathise on getting a slightly larger PSU if you're living in a very hot.climate.

Build looks very nice, got a CPU cooler picked out? Regardless of wheter you Overclock or not, the 7700K doesn't include a stock cooler with it so you'll need an aftermarket cooler. If you are doing some fairly moderate-high Overclocking and temps are indeed high like yous say, i'd recommend looking into a nice dual water cooler like the Corsair H110i or Cooler Master MasterLiquid 240 i hear has great reviews. But if doing low or lighter Overclocking and your not limited to getting liquid, a Cryorig H7 or any higher end Noctua air cooler are great. Hope this helps :)

Hey thank you so much for your advice, i have changed to 850 Watt Corsair RM850I 80 PLUS Gold, quite limited to stock availability and options at the store i MUST buy from. I've also changed to the Corsair Hydro H115i Liquid CPU Cooler. Does the power supply sound good to you?
