New build looking for info

So I'm looking to upgrade my pc which is currently a amd3+ setup to a amd4 or 1151 series chipset set up, using new egg i have gotten together a few items for the upgrade I'll post below I would appreciate any info in regards to what would work better and what won't work also idk if I need to get a new ethernet and audio card as I think the mobo I chose has them both. Also I should mention I'm not looking for top of the line.

This can be refined a bit for more performance. What is your budget and location???

Yea I have a 750 watt power supply and a 1tb of storage the parts listed above would cost about 700$ and I am in the eastern US

H370 Pro4 supports DDR4 2666 / 2400 / 2133 non-ECC, un-buffered memory.

Intel Core i5-8400 supported memory: DDR4-2666

If you want to use DDR4-3000 memory speed, you would need a Z370 Chipset motherboard not a H370.

Motherboard also has ethernet and audio.

That 3000mhz will scale down to 2666mhz on the h370 board.
