Question New build, lots of issues. Please help

Specs:

• Amd Threadripper 2950x
• Dual ASUS ROG Strix Radeon RX 580 O8G Gaming OC Edition
• EVGA SUPRNOVA 850W G3 MOD PSU
• SAMSUNG E 250GB 860 EVO M.2 SSD
• WINDOWS10 PRO 64BIT
• GIGABYTE X399 DESIGNARE EX Motherboard
• Hyperx DDR4 32GB (4 8G sticks) 2933 RAM
• Kraken x62 280mm cpu cooler
• 2TB Hdd

I built my pc a month ago first boot was successful and About two days later the problems started. Numerous blue screens all with different error codes (sometimes no error code), crashing, freezing, terrible performance both in game with FPS and frame drops and slow program opening/closing (google chrome, various windows programs etc) in the past day my pc has froze 3 times to where I had to hold the power to get it to turn off (was watching twitch on one monitor and trying to launch a game on another when the crashes happened), it’s worth noting I have let cputemp run while using my computer and the temperatures of both the gpu and cpu have not been an issue in the slightest
Solutions I have tried

• Replacing GPUs
• Windows memory diagnostic
• Opening device manager and clicking every device separately > check for updates
• Fresh windows install
• Reformatting drives
• Windows update service
• Updating all gpu software
• Downloading all motherboard updates
• Checking all drivers of everything making sure they’re up to date

I really need help I’m am at the point where I’m going to take the loss on the cost and just part it out and buy one premade if I cannot get these issues fixed
