What PSU do you have? Unless its a Corsair, Seasonic, PC P&C or other very highly regarded brand, I would not use it on your new system because it will be old and prone to failure, especially since it will be powering a more powerful (hopefully) system than it has been.

How tight is your budget?

oh and i dont think WoW requires a great video card (helps) but just a load of RAM and a good HDD cause of the populated areas and loading it requires.

The case runs 3x120mm fans w/side air duct and has decent cooling. Bump up that cpu to a mild 11.5 x 266 = 3.0Ghz w/1066 FSB and your off to the races. :)

I'm taking into account that you're reusing your Coolermaster ATX case and that your 500w power supply is of decent quality. I'm also assuming you won't be overclocking since it's not mentioned in any of your posts. At the present there's no real world advantage in WoW going to a quadcore CPU, however a high clocked core2 duo will help.
