New Build making odd noise *help*

Hiya Guys,

This is my first thread on tomshardware and i may not have posted this in the correct section apologies.

I have just built a new rig, 3770k on a z77x gigabyte mobo although ive come across a noise i have never heard before and im completely unsure what it is. I was hoping another system builder may have come across this noise and could help me with what it is. My current suggestions are a fan not set correctly, cpu fan most notibly or potentially hard drive.

I have attached 2 sound files that i have managed to record of the sound, ignore the hdd/mouse clicks. Its the bird like noise im unsure about.

It is random, can happen very regulary or very irregulary but it will always happen sooner or later. Seems to be linked with cpu usage which leads me to believe cpu fan although can happen with computer is idle playing music/dvd.

Any reply would be much appreciated

The sound links are from (sound cloud . com) no spaces. sorry didnt realise it did that and dont know how else to attach audio file.
