Everything powers on, every light is on. The problem is it takes about a half hour for my monitor to receive a signal (if it finds one at all), otherwise I'm left with a standard "No signal detected" message and it goes into power saving mode. If it does manage to get to the mobo BIOS, I can adjust and change everything just fine; the MSI BIOS menu shows up on screen, it works. But after I save and exit it's back to the crappy black screen. The BIOS also detects the USB and all of the info on it (how much space is used, name, etc.) so the USB isn't busted. I can't install an OS, install drivers or anything. I have no idea what's going on. I have no CD drive.
