You could go with whichever case you like most. Both are great for their price, I would also recommend checking out the 300R (a bit more pricier) or the N200 which is the same price as 200R. Also check out the Fractal Design Core 1000. Good luck with your build. Here's a highly trusted website to compare GPU performances:

As you can see, the 280 is SIGNIFICANTLY better than the 750 Ti. I'm really tired tho so I will be heading to bed right now, if u have any more questions I will answer in the mornign
