New build need advice

Hi I've recently found a good site for value for money and managed to get a good build for my budget which is no more than £800 [$1200], I just need to make sure it's compatible and that It's reliable.
I'll be using it for gaming primarily but I'll also be watching videos and movies but that will be the main use for it, I play a wide variety of games and I was curious whether I should get hd 7870 or GTX 660 ti, I went with the 7870 because someone told me they're both 50/50 in terms of which games the perform better with so i chose the 7870 as it's alot cheaper.
I won't be overclocking or anything just stock and this is my first time building so if I'm missing anything please point it out.

I'm a little bit worried about the Tekvalue GPU as it's just something that the website make themselves. (www.Tekheads.co.uk)

Also would I need to buy anything else like a CPU Cooler or some extra fans?
I'd like it be as cool but also silent as possible and my room is quite small but I also game quite late into the night.

Howdy your build looks good. Down the road you can replace the stock intel heatsink prior to overclocking

You're defiantly on the right track. Few changes I suggest:

Power Cooler is not a very good PSU manufacturer. Antec, Corsair, and Seasonic all make great quality PSUs. Remember, the PSU is like the heart of your computer.

I'm not familiar with TekValue as a GPU maker. For AMD GPUs I suggest Sapphire and XFX.

Not sure if you need one or not, but don't forget to think about some kind of optical drive.

Yeah I was originally going for Antec PSU but found this was alot cheaper and I really needed to cut down on price, same with the TekValue it's £30 cheaper than Asus/Sapphire etc.

I found one made by VTX3D for only a slight price increase and it also gives 5 free games which is a nice bonus. I've never heard of them before and was wondering if you know anything about it? it has some good reviews from what i've seen so far.
I think I'll go back to my original thinking and get an Antec 620w HCG PSU, thanks for your help.

The Antec 900 really isn't a good choice anymore - it has substandard air flow and lacks cable managment.
