New Build - need drivers..

Hello all,

So I didn't get a DVD/CD rom with this build as I was told I could do everything via USB. I forgot about the MB drivers as of now, my computer isn't picking up that USB drives(I tried 2) are in place to be used....Im clueless please help 🙁

Download all the drivers from the manufacturers website onto a friends PC
Burn them onto CD
Install them on your new PC

Go to the motherboard manufacturer web page for your specific motherboard. On that page you can download the motherboard drivers. It also has the manual for download. It will contain instructions on installing the motherboard drivers and BIOS.

I guess I may not have been very clear. Apologies. I can't get to the internet as the drivers are screwed im guessing. ----And two, my computer detects my mouse and keyboard, but 2 different flash drives it wont, as it cant install their drivers

Without motherboard drivers you can do nothing.
That is why I suggested asking a friend for help

Exactly as above. Use another system to download the drivers .

Nevermind, I just took the DVD drive from the old computer, to hell with it

And how to transfer drivers to my computer if it doesnt read flash drives?

Its not a big deal now as I got my dvd drive installed but id love to know

Don't know if it is even possible to do without a DVD drive.

Im really mad that my case doesnt even come with a DVD drive lol.....Makes no sense at all

Some motherboards have a designated USB port that will allow you to update the motherboard drivers & BIOS. But as you said an optical drive is the normal route.

That is a current fad (no 5.25" drive bays). It doesn't make sense to me either.
