New build need help with Mobo

I am building a new computer and i am have trouble picking out the mobo. it will have the following specs. i am ordering everything off newegg today

NZXT M59 case

Raidmax hybrid 2 630w power supply

Intel core i5-2500- it is only 195$ with the promo

G.skill 8GB 1333

Western Digital Caviar blue 500GB

Here are the two MOBOs

Intel BOXDH67BLB3

ASRock Z68 PRO3 GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI

I am not sure if it is worth the extra 15$ for the ASRock board but if the top one doesnt support the turbo boost i will get the bottom one

The 1st MB does not support overclocking, the 2nd MB supports overclocking. Also change the CPU to i5 2500K, "K" series means you have the oppurtunity to overclock the CPU. Take a look at this link:http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0354589

i would rather not buy a processor from micro center. i just want to know which one is better for the money and if you could tell me that would be great
