locked CPU on such an expensive Z370 MB?
cooler is overkill for locked 8700, stock is fine
$500 on 1060?
psu has cheaper alternative
atm, I suggest you look into used market or prebuilts, gpu price is just crazy.
BTW, you will want GTX 1070 to play with that 144hz monitor for AAA tiltles.
