Building a new gaming PC, and when I turn it on, all fans run, and the four leds on the mobo come on, but that's all that happens. no beeps, POST, or display. Also, I have to hit the switch on the PSU to turn it off when all parts are in the case- turns on fine with power button is pressed, but won't turn off unless I power off the PSU.
I've tried all the fixes suggested in this thread http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems but still nothing.
CPU pins aren't bent, but had to fix three earlier, monitor works, and everything appears to be plugged in correctly. i tried breadboarding, but have the same problems.
