New build - NO BOOT

I have recently bought all the parts for a gaming rig. I have connected everything and turned everything on. I press the power button and nothing happens. When i attatch the screen it says "No Signal". Please can you work with me to help me find the problem

The fans will not turn on. There is no sign of any power coming from anywhere.

When the PC is not turning on there are 3 suspects (from most common to least)
1) PSU
2) MOBO
3) CPU

If it was the other component you would likelly have some bip signals coming from the mobo/gpu.

How do I know what's wrong?

I'm kind of upset because I saved up for ages and now there is a likely chance that my pc doesn't work and i have broken something
