New Build, No Cd Drive. How to boot with ISO?

Hey Everyone,


I opted not to get a disk drive whenever I was buying the parts to my computer. I was about to get a free copy of Windows 8 through my university. I have the ISO on a USB. Is there anyway to install the OS from this? Any suggestion would help.

Followup Question

Do you have any idea why an external hard-drive is not being recognized by the program?
