New Build - No CPU Power:

Hey all. New build. I've got power/lights to the PSU, motherboard and GPU. However, I've got nothing to the CPU/fans. Has to be a missed connection? I wanted opinions before I disassembled :/

24 pin board connector and 8 Pin CPU connector connected to the motherboard?
