Question New build, no display and restarting on its own

So Im building a new pc and Ive assembled it but its just not working. Ive made sure the cpu is set right and tried moving the ram around. Ive got:

AsRock B365m pro4
i5 8400.

Any ideas?

So theres 2x4gb ddr4 ram and an evga 550w psu g3

Oh, I should mention it restarts every 30 seconds. It's not in the original post because I've done more testing since Saturday.

No the fans spin but nothing is displayed and after that everything turns off then back on.
