New build, no display

Just built a new PC, tried everything in the stickied thread about this topic. I kind of suspect it's just a faulty motherboard but want some more opinions before I go exchange it or just get a new one altogether.

Using an Asus Tuf Z270 Mk 1 Motherboard, none of the warning LED lights are coming up (except the power one - but according to the manual that is supposed to be on), no warning beeps w/ speakers/headphones, monitor is working fine, tried different cables, checked cpu pins none of them seem bent at all, everything is plugged in correctly (i believe), RAM is definitely in all the way, and the GPU is too (tried using both mb and gpu for display either way). Power seems to be going to everything because everything either has some light or fan attached to it (GPU fan spins, MB has a yellow symbol that lights up, water cooling and built-in fans all spin, etc.).

Other specs:
Intel i7-7700
EVGA 750w GQ
GTX GeForce 1060
16gb DDR4 Corsiar Vengeance Ram

Any other ideas or is this probably just a faulty mb? I've done a bit more digging around (after buying it unfortunately) and it seems like a lot of people have been having issues with this particular mb.

Thanks!

If you have tried all the trouble shooting including one stick of memory at a time and reseting CMOS I would say motherboard if you have everything hooked up right with the PSU.
Your not going to get any beeps unless you hooked up a motherboard speaker (about 4 bucks) the beep codes will not come through regular speakers or headphones.

Oh, I actually didn't know there were special speakers for mbs. Still no beeps though.

Also, tried without GPU. Still nothing. I'll try with a VGA and DVI cable later, gotta go get a DVI.
