Hello, I’ve recently got a new CPU (intel i5-9400F), motherboard (Asus TUF B360M-E) and Ram for my originally pre-built PC and installed it with no problems but upon launch my GPU (GTX 1050ti) works fine motherboard lights are on and everything else seems to be working fine but I get nothing showing up on my screen. I have looked at a few different fixes on this website but nothing seems to work any help would be greatly appreciated. I have tried plugging hdmi into gpu and directly into motherboard but neither get a picture and am at a loss for what to do next. Thank you very much

Solution
Its a problem with the BIOS. The B360 motherboard is not compatible with the i5-9400f without a BIOS update. Or you could get a B365/Z390 motherboard. In order to get your current motherboard working you need to get an 8xxx series chip.

Additionally with Intel F designated chips you MUST run a video card and run the display from that card and not the motherboard.

Why dont u just bring the mobo to the Asus Center and let them have install the newest bios to your mobo? If I'm not mistaken, it's free
