I just built a PC for my brother but it won't give me display.

Specs:
  1. Ryzen 5 3400G
  2. B450 Aorus Pro (BIOS Version MUST be F40 or F41, it supposed to be Ryzen 3000 Ready.I bought it 1 year ago.)
  3. Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000MHz 2x8GB
  4. Corsair CV450
  5. Kingston A400 250GB
  6. No OS yet since i can't enter the BIOS.
Things i tried:
  1. I checked all the cables.Everything seems fine.
  2. Reset CMOS (Battery removal)
  3. RAM Slots 1-3, 2-4 and all single slots.
  4. I used both HDMI ports on the monitor just in case.
All LEDs work.
All fans connected to motherboard work.I have populated CPU_FAN1 so it's not an issue.
All Peripherals work properly.Keyboard is responsive.
Motherboard gave me red LEDs every time i started the system. CPU, DRAM, VGA, BOOT.
All of these leds light up in this order... It's like the system posts but I can't get display, but maybe is telling me that everything's not working properly?

Everything but the motherboard, is brand new.I used the motherboard before on a R5 2600X system and it gave me XMP instability, but it booted always no problem.

Any help is appreciated.
Thank you.

Solution:
I found a 2nd Gen Ryzen and all it needed was a BIOS Update.
I'm really disappointed with Gigabyte once again...When you put on the box that the motherboard supports 3rd gen, it means that you've updated the BIOS for the motherboard to ACTUALLY support 3rd gen and you don't ship it with the "stock" BIOS.
