As mentioned in the other thread. make sure your built in network card is enabled inthe bios. You'll find it inthe Super IO section as Realtec PCIe GBE Family Controller Save and exit.

Back in windows, the default MS driver should automatically load and work. But you probably want to install the latest one from the support site for your board.

If this is your first time on that site, you probably should start with the Chipset drivers. Afterwards I install my GPU drivers (Rx5600xt for you) , and then the rest of the motherbd drivers (Sata, Lan, Audio - in that order)

There was a disk with those drivers that came with the motherboard which I transfered to a USB and installed onto the computer.

as far as the Super IO section (located in peripherals!?) it only has serial Port 1- Enabled and Parallel Port-Enabled

At this point I'm willing to pay someone to facetime and walk me through it, long as they can help me fix it... $100! Lol

Enable that controller. That's the builtin network card. Click on it and it should show you the options [enable or disable] then click enable.

It should also enable if you reset the bios to defaults but you will loose any changes that you made it in and have to redo them.

Thanks for responding Popatim, but there was no "RealTek PCi" controller that I saw. And the both ports are already Enabled. Also I could reset the Bios at any point and it would be fine with me because I've never done anything or made any changes in Bios since its been built. Should I have done something upon construction? Thanks again man. You're continued support is appreciated!
