I am upgrading my computer's motherboard, RAM, and CPU. I've run into the issue where I get nothing from the motherboard, no signs at all of life, no LEDs, Fan, noises, nothing. I've tried barebones outside the chassis as well as a separate motherboard but nothing seems to be working. I've tested the PSU on the old setup and it worked just fine, as well as the paper clip test. I've replugged 24 and 8 pin connector multiple times to get a solid fit.. I have no idea what's going on. Anything would help!

Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 2600x
Motherboard: msi x370 gaming pro (post bios update model) also tried on MSI b350m gaming pro
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon 550 2GB
Memory: 16GB(2x8) Ballistic Sport DDR4 3000
PSU: antec 550w neoHe

Thank you!

Maybe the CPU is DOA. Also check the cpu to see there is any bent pin or not.
If you bought the cpu on local PC store, let them test it. Otherwise return the CPU. Or go to local PC shop ask for help.
