[SOLVED] New build No signal for monitor

I bought a Aorus ultra gaming MB, AMD Ryzen 5 2400G, 4 sticks of 8 Gb gskills flare 2400C16D-16GFX Ram.
Would not POST, I disconnected everything and tried each stick of Ram in each slot one at a time still no POST. I called Gigabyte they agreed so I returned the MB got the new one Still No POST. did the same thing with the RAM still no POST, I returned the CPU still no Post with the New one. the only other I can think of is the RAM but 4 sticks of new ram bad I don't see how. I guess it could be Possible but not likely.
any help would be great.
