New build,No signal on monitor

When I turn on the pc,my monitor says "No Signal" It's not the monitor,ram,gpu or hard drive.
The pc made two quick beeps at first.then I checked he ram and it stopped doing that.The fan on the psu is spinning and the hard drive is spooling.
I would think I should still be getting a signal,even if the hard dive was messed up but I checked all that stuff anyway.
Could it be the psu ? I used this setup for a long time before I built my new pc,So I know that it works.
Obviously,something could've went wrong since I last used it but I want to make sure it's not something simple before I buy a new mobo or something.

Is there a new part you've added? What ports using for connecting the monitor? Using a graphics card or the onboard?

I've tried two gpu's and the on board though hdmi (Hd7850) hdmi (onboard) rgb and I've tried two monitors and three different gpus.There's No signal on any of them.
