New build, no signal

My build has yet to correctly start and I'm at my wit's end. I've tried literally everything from the thread for this, nothing has worked. I've had these parts for 2 months now and already sent the motherboard back and got a new one. My build turns on, but I get no signal to the monitors I've used. I've not installed any software, and I've installed all my hardware. I have no way of listening to the beeps, I followed all instructions, and I've done everything in my power to make this work. My keyboard, which is backlit, does not light up when plugged in if that's a clue. All of my parts are new.

Crucial Ballistics Sport 16gb 2x8 ddr3 1600
Samsung ssd 256gb
MSI geforce gtx 970 twin frozer 4gb
evga 750 watt 80+ gold supply
Asus disk writer

I'm about 3 hours from just calling someone to do it for me.

What i5 (6600) using?
Have you tested with graphics card removed?

You have posted that you have an i5 6600 which is socket 1151 skylake and you have listed an MSI z97 motherboard which is socket 1150 Haswell... Please check and see if you truly have the wrong motherboard for the i5 6600. They are not compatible components.
