New build no signal

Hey guys i have a new build with:
ryzen 5 1600
gtx 1060 6gb msi
msi b350 pc mate
corsair cx 550m
my problem is that graphics cart is working fine but i cant get signal to the screen...i tried also from the motherboard's hdmi and i have the same problem...i tried vga from the motherboard it isnt working...up from the 24-pin connector to the motherboard there are 4 leds(cpu,dram,vga,hdd)...vga and hdd are off...what does this mean and how can i fix my problem?

You can't hook up to motherboard, no integrated graphics. You need to run cable from gpu. What cable are you using and what monitor? When you hit power button all fans spinach stay spinning?

yes gpu fan is spinning at the start and then stops(i read that its not a problem).also cpu fan is ok motherboard is ok...i am using hdmi...

Try clearing cmos then re boot. Pull motherboard battery for 5 min

what ram sticks do you have, guessing its a faulty stick or incompatible.

The main question has not been answered yet.
Are you connecting the monitor to mainboard or to GPU?
If you connect to mainboard, there will be no signals, not even if you wait until eternity.
Ryzen 5 1600 does not have any iGPU.

You've connected auxiliary power to the GTX 1060 (ie 8-pin or 6-pin)?

so i have one gskill ram stick 8gb.I am connecting the cable to the gpu and i have connected the gpu with the psu...gpu works but i havent signal to the monitor.

i tested with vga cable from the dvi of the gpu and again i have the same problem
