I power up the computer and all lights and fans are running.

Specs are as follows:

Asus A320m-k mobo
2x8 gb 3000hz corsair vengance ram
ryzen 1700x stock cooler
gtx 1060
500 gb samsung ssd or 350gb 7500rpm hard drive
corsair 550w power supply

I tried undoing each stick of ram and putting it in different slots and nothing worked. I also tried unplugging things and plugging them in correctly. I saw in another post that mobo will take priority and should try unplugging gpu and having monitor set to that, didn't work either. I reinstalled everything made sure there were no screws under mobo and no screws were touching the mobo. I tried two different Hard drives.
Edit: I've now also tried a suggestion on YT that i try different sata cable and different power cord to the hard/sold state drives and didn't work either

If anyone can help me out i'd really appreciate it <3

pull the mb from the case put it on top of the mb box wiht one ram dimm and the video card. see if it posts outside of the case to rule out as dead short. if there no post check the bios rev of the mb make sure it at a rev that post your new cpu. check under the cpu for bent pins or thermal paste. if there no post there try a test power supply. if there no bent pins sounds like you got a doa mb.

My hard drive has win 10 on it

may i ask why i need to pull ut out of case to rule out it being a dead short? if the leds and fans are turning on and working doesn't that means it's not a dead short? also sorry but idk what you mean as "a rev that post your new cpu" thanks for the response!

heyo thanks so much, any suggestions?
