I just built my new computer today and after getting everything assembled I connected my monitor and nothing came up, also after many re-boots I noticed there was no POST beep, or any sort of beep at all. The LED's and fans of all components do work!

My build:
■Cooler Master ELITE 430 RC-430-KWN1 RT
■XFX Radeon HD 6850
■Asus 24x Dvd drive
■8gb(4gbx2) Crucial Ballistix DDR3 1600 (BL2KIT51264BA160A)
■ASUS M4A87TD EVO AMD870 motherboard
■RAIDMAX 730W PSU
■AMD Phenom II X6 1090T 3.2G AM3
■Western Digital Caviar Black 640gb

Things I have tried:
■switching around RAM so that I was only using each stick by itself in every slot
■reset CMOS
■moved GFX card to different slots
■Disassembling and reassembling multiple times
■Rudimentary breadboarding inside of the case, no beep
■Breadboarding outside of the case, no beep with CPU,HSF,and Motherboard... or no beep with CPU,HSF,RAM,Mobo

I ensured that I was grounded and that everything was installed correctly, and yes the pc speaker is installed.

Please help as soon as possible I was dying to get this rig and I have been trying to fix it for the past 7 hours

If you are not resolved going through the guide and breadboarding (linked to in the guide) then RMA has to start somewhere. As I said before no beeps (with speaker) points to motherboard a working motherboard will beep if no ram is installed for example.

This may be a late reply, but, have you tried to hit the MemOK Button? Made sure the Core Activation switch was turned OFF? Also, I found that if the 4-Pin CPU Fan is not plugged in, mine will not post beep at all, (knocked my plug loose rerouting wires last time I was in it). Check to make sure you have the RAM in the proper slots. Last but not least, this motherboard is very picky about the RAM it will take, did you check with Crucial's Website to make sure those 8GB RAM cards would be compatible? When I bout mine I didn't see any 8GB Cards on the list, but a 2x4GB. Also, Sugestion, buy 1333 Ram as that is the fastest it will run w/o O.C. Installing PC3-1600 you will have to manually set EVERY aspect of the System: CPU speed, Multiplier, CPU/NB Speed &Voltage, RAM Speed&Voltage, and more, but it will run on Auto, at partial speeds.
